As the festive season winds down, many of us are looking to shake off the holiday indulgences and get back into shape. If you’re ready to embrace a healthier lifestyle and tackle the challenges of 2025 head-on, Flatsnout Boxing is here to help you every step of the way!

#### Our Classes
At Flatsnout Boxing, we offer a variety of classes tailored to different skill levels and age groups:
- Beginners/Box n Detox:
- Monday at 6 PM
- Thursday at 10 AM
- Saturday at 12 PM
- Adults Boxing:
- Tuesday and Thursday at 7 PM
- Saturday at 2 PM
- Juniors Classes:
- Monday at 5 PM
- Saturday at 3:30 PM
In addition to our group classes, we also provide one-on-one personal boxing training lessons taught by a former pro boxer. These sessions are perfect for those looking to receive personalized attention and tailored workouts designed to meet individual goals.

Since the onset of Covid, we’ve raised over £16,500 for various charities, and we invite you to join us in this mission.
