Monday motivation
Great day to start you week off..
➡️If you miss monday, it sets the tone for the week, be positive, and hit monday hard...
➡️Set your breakfeast monday, snacks, lunch and tea all on time. Refill and refuel.
➡️Go over last weeks standards and think how to progress, either more weight, more reps, or further distance.
Look to be progressive.
➡️Keep your fitness diary upto date any injurys/niggles write in, keep an eye on how theyre treated and repair.
➡️Allow yourself a minute to think , get yourself together, and focus what your doing before each training session.
✅️Visualise what you want to achieve, and rehearse it in shadow boxing and sparring-make it happen.
➡️Remember, rehydrate and protein up in your 'Golden hour', post workout.
➡️Rest, recover go again....
