Saturday fitness !
So you've made it to Saturday, steady week, 3 sessions and a half decent diet to boot, should I work-out today ?
And rest Sunday,
YES!
Make that 3rd session a forth or how ever many you've managed to do and have a Saturday blast.
No work stress, just plan your day, workout times free for workout and go for it !
Sunday is tomorrow , decent day of rest.
So is it
-weight-training
-run
-sprints
-boxing training/combat training
what ever you choose, get out and enjoy it!
Especially in Lockdown 2.
We're all allowed under Covid-19 guidelines to workout and /exercise daily.
Even with one other person, so a personal trainer is ok.
So get ya trainers on and go for it !
