When to eat and what to eat before your workout..

As a former professional boxer I trained hard, to energize this training you need carbs and proteins to faciltate the repair of the muscular cell damage you dish out.

I always loved training hungry, so when I felt hungry it made me train harder. The party line though is -To maximize the results of your training, try to eat a complete meal containing carbs, protein and fat 2–3 hours before you exercise.

To this end I always fuelled up early doors with 'Overnight Oats'. A hi protein yoghurt mixed the night before with oats and fruit- blue berrys/ cranberries.

This gives a great carb curve, plus protein into the system to effect any repair needed.
